The new year brings news of BAH rates and pay raises. There is good news this year, as BAH rates increased on average by 2.4% and a 2.1% pay raise has been signed into law. This increase is .8% higher than the 2016 pay raise of 1.3%. How about investing that extra money into the real estate market?
